ex: It is important that they be told the truth.

It is critical that S+(should) + V. (the simple form of verb)

It is vital that S+(should) + V. (the simple form of verb)

(2) 必要的

It is imperative that S+(should) + V. (the simple form of verb)

It is necessary that S+(should) + V. (the simple form of verb)
